To maximize the lifespan of your fresh-cut flowers:
Upon receiving your bouquet, trim stem ends at a 45-degree angle
Place immediately in clean water with the flower food packet provided
Change water every 2-3 days, re-trimming stems each time
Keep bouquets out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources
Remove any wilting blooms to keep the arrangement fresh
Some varieties may last 3-5 days while others can brighten your home for up to two weeks!
-
If you unexpectedly can't make your scheduled pickup, we encourage you to share the flower joy! Consider asking a friend or family member to collect your bouquet and enjoy it themselves.
Should your bouquet remain uncollected during the designated pickup window, it will be forfeited. This policy helps us maintain good relationships with our pickup locations and ensures the quality of your flowers.
Pickup Acknowledgment
By subscribing to our flower share, you understand that:
You are responsible for collecting your bouquets during my selected pickup time
If you cannot make a pickup, you may arrange for someone else to collect your flowers
Bouquets not collected during the designated window will be forfeited for that week
Wyld Heart Flower Farm and pickup locations cannot accommodate pickups outside of scheduled times
We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide you with the freshest seasonal blooms!

One of the joys of a flower CSA is experiencing the changing seasons through locally grown blooms!
Spring (April-May): tulips, daffodils, ranunculus, anemones, and sweet peas
Early Summer (June-July): larkspur, snapdragons, poppies, early sunflowers, foxglove
Mid-Summer (July-August): sunflowers, zinnias, cosmos, and dahlias
Late Summer/Fall (Sept-Oct): dahlias, celosia, amaranth, and unique seed pods
Each bouquet is harvested at peak freshness and arranged to showcase what's most beautiful that particular week on our farm.

We grow many varieties of flowers, and some can be toxic to pets if ingested. While we don't provide comprehensive lists with each bouquet, common flowers that may be harmful to cats, dogs, or other pets include lilies (highly toxic to cats), daffodils, foxglove, and certain types of greenery. We recommend keeping your arrangements out of reach of curious pets and children. If you have specific concerns about certain flower varieties, please let us know when you sign up, and we can provide alternatives when possible or alert you when these flowers might appear in your bouquet.
